Mr. Kamal Das, Son of Late T.L. Das,is a B.sc. (Hons) and PGDBM from JadavPur University and the Managing Director of this company i.e. Spandan Group. Aged 48 years and with more then 25 years of experiences in real estate marketing and construction, architectural and marketing management in the real Estate business. He has begun commanding a huge amount of resPect in the real estate arena. He is also associate with the Rotary Club and also is a Social Worker and member of various welfare Organizatoins. Mr. Kamal Das is highly competent and is versatile in the organization,Conception, Structuring and completion of wide range property Development.Mr. Kamal das has a keen understanding of market dynamics, superlative interpersonal skills. His experience borne market insight has enabled the company to successfully deliver various projects on time.

When we Develop or Joint Venture a Property through a well known developer like Spandan Group.....


We continue to enjoy our ancestral heirloom. We also have a modern building with a longer life and lesser repair/maintenance cost and with modern layouts. We enjoy the value appreciation on the property that continues to happen for all properties without going through the hardship of negoti-ating, selling and purchasing another property.

In the event we have any requirement of cash, this can be met from the security deposits paid by the developer at the time of signing and execu-tion of the development (exchange) contract without it being subjected to any kind of Capital or Income tax.

When we own and occupy the flats constructed on our own property we are obviously not subjected to any/brokerage, legal charges, stamp duty or registration fees, etc.
